KMJ Nutrition

"Without Health, You Have Nothing."

Program

KMJ Nutrition program offers one-on-one or two-on-one nutrition coaching. Coaching can be done in person, via zoom, or by phone. KMJ Nutrition starts with a 4-week program that focuses on the client’s nutrition goals which could include weight loss, an increase in muscle mass or just simply wanting to feel better.

Week 1

We’ll start week 1 with a one-on-one meeting (Either in person or virtually) to introduce you to the KMJ Nutrition Program, set attainable goals, and talk about the mindset it will take to achieve success. We will go over your specific client goal form and introduce you to MACROS. I will also provide you with useful tools that will help create sustainable habits.

Accountability will be discussed and how this can help achieve a better you.

Week 2

We’ll start week 2 with a on-on-one check in. How are things going? What did you learn in week 1? We’ll dive into nutritional education focused on finding the right foods to fuel your body. What is metabolism? How do we find the right foods at the grocery store? How do we read labels? What is a serving size? How do you weigh foods?

Week 3

Again, in week 3, we’ll start with a one-on-one check-in to see how things are going. This week our nutritional education will be focused on building habits to succeed in different social environments. How do we set ourselves up for success not only Monday through Friday, but also on the weekends and holidays? How should we navigate alcohol? How do we prioritize sleep? Hydration? What are Macronutrients?

WEEK 4

Finally, in week 4, we’ll do our final one-on-one check in. Our final nutritional education will be looking at the connection between food and your mental well-being. We’ll talk about overcoming setbacks and having the proper mindset to continue living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. From there, we’ll determine if you’re ready to proceed on your own. If you wish to continue to work together, we’ll talk about next steps.

Are you ready to make some changes?
